About the Role
The Client Success Advocate (CSA) is responsible for overseeing customer relations and client success as it is related to all aspects of the digital marketing campaign. The CSA will serve as the primary liaison between Life Advancement Group and its partner centers, playing a crucial role in establishing and maintaining effective communication channels. By working cooperatively and effectively as part of a collaborative team, the Client Success Advocate will ensure seamless coordination between all parties involved, cultivating success for the partner center. Additionally, the Client Success Advocate will proactively identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance overall client satisfaction, delivering exceptional service and driving long-term partnerships.
